AirJapan Gacha Machine In-Flight
From July 25 to August 31, 2025, AirJapan, ANA Group’s low-cost carrier, brings the “Catch Your Summer Memories Onboard! AirJapan Gacha!” event to select flights. We’re introducing Japan’s beloved gacha culture into the skies. Spin for prizes and enjoy the fun of Japanese culture while you fly.

Available on Narita-Bangkok and Narita-Singapore routes, the event requires a minimum 2,000-yen ($13.80) in-flight purchase, like meals or onboard shopping, to earn a single-use token. Pre-ordered meals don’t count, but the gacha machine is mounted on a service cart and brought to your seat so there’s no aisle congestion.

These exclusive keepsakes are the spirit of the journey. Two lucky passengers—one per route—can win a 10,000-yen ($69) flight voucher for future AirJapan flights, because why not?

The event doesn’t apply to Narita-Seoul flights, late-night routes (NQ2, NQ4) and specific dates (August 20, 23, 27 for Bangkok; August 18, 21-25, 28 for Singapore) due to scheduling. Safety first, we may pause during turbulence. Bookings and details at flyairjapan.com.

AirJapan Gacha Machine In-Flight
Put simply, it brings Japan’s capsule toy culture into the flight experience, like the arcade machines you find all over Tokyo. Conceived by their cabin crew, AirJapan Gacha! turns regular purchases into collectible souvenirs, so every spin is a mini-adventure at 30,000 feet.

Rather than big rewards, AirJapan’s focusing on small joys. The crew-designed flight tags and stickers connect you to your journey, and the rare voucher fuels your dreams of future trips. We’re making budget travel more fun with this very Japanese, very playful promotion.

For passengers, this means surprise on budget flights. On your next Narita-Bangkok or Singapore trip, buy a bento, grab a token and spin the gacha. You might get a sticker to spark memories or a voucher for another adventure, and make your flight more memorable.
